Our lovely old library building needs repairs and TLC. We’re hoping the work will begin in mid-March, so don’t be surprised in the upcoming weeks if you see workers in and around the building. We will be open during the renovation, but we hope to keep the noise and inconvenience to a minimum. Please bear with us while the work is being done. Thank you! Debbie Clifton, Library Director

Irish Authors Ireland, the land of story tellers, has produced more than its share of great writers such as W.B. Yeats, Bram Stoker, James Joyce, Samuel Beckett, Elizabeth Bowen, Edna O'Brien, and Iris Murdoch. Carrying on the tradition, the twenty-first century has been called the Golden Age of Irish Fiction. The Library has many of these contemporary authors in the collection. Do yourself a favor and check out some of them. Roddy Doyle, John Boyne, Tana French, John Banville, Emma Donoghue, Maggie O'Farrell, Anne Enright, Paul Murray, Donal Ryan, Claire Keegan, Caroline O'Donoghue and Sally Rooney are just a few. You won't be disappointed. Friends of RML News The next meeting of the Friends of RML will be held on March 12, at 7:00pm in the meeting room of the Library. The public is welcome to attend.
