The library renovation project is moving forward. The town has hired Answer Advisors to be the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM). This position acts as an advocate for the town and supervises the design and construction of the project. An RFQ for design services received seven responses. The Renovation Committee, made up of Tony Morabito, the assistant town manager, Jenn Donovan-Weiss, the OPM, and me are in the process of reviewing the qualifications of the architects who submitted proposals.
More updates to follow.
