Fractured Fairy Tale Edition

Most simply put, fractured fairy tales are a retelling of a classic fairy tale.  Like Frankenstein, they take all the parts, stitch them back together, and make something new.  According to the Oxford Companion to Fairy Tales, a fractured fairy tale, slightly different than a parody, re-imagines the tale to tell "more serious current morals and social messages."

If you love a twisted fairy tale, these books are for you!
