The days are just packed!
As summer begins to wind down and preparations for back to school begin, there are still lots of fun programs- and books, at your local library. Be sure to log your reading on the Beanstack app to earn a pass to the North Idaho State Fair. Log 15 days of reading in July to be entered into the grand prize drawing for a Family Pass to the Fair. Drawing held Friday, August 11. Mark your calendars for fall programs, beginning Monday, September 11.

Summer Storytime *Wednesdays, 10:00am Athol City Park *Tuesdays, 10:00am Harrison *Thursdays, 10:30am Stoddard Park, Hayden *Wednesdays, 10:30am, Pinehurst *Tuesdays, 11:00am White Pine Park, Post Falls *Thursdays, 10:30am Rathdrum *Wednesdays, 11:00am Spirit Lake Bring a picnic blanket, and sunscreen for an active outdoor storytime at the park with books, songs, crafts, and parachute play. For ages 3-5.

Teddy Bear Picnic Tuesday, August 8, 11:00am White Pine Park, Post Falls Wednesday, August 9, 11:00am Rathdrum City Park Wednesday, August 9, 11:00am Spirit Lake Pack a picnic and bring your blanket and favorite stuffed animal for a special Teddy Bear Picnic with stories, songs, games, crafts, and a cool treat. For ages 2-6.

Mobile Planetarium with Mobius Discovery Center Saturday, August 26, 11:00am Harrison Journey to the stars with our friends from Mobius. Space activities and snacks provided. For ages 5-10, but everyone is welcome.

Maadwo: Celebrate Ghana Tuesday, August 1, 1:00-3:00pm Post Falls Learn about a different culture through crafts, cooking, and games from Ghana. For ages 11-18.

Wings of Fire Party Wednesday, August 2, 1:00-3:00pm Spirit Lake Join us for a variety of activities based on the book series. For ages 11-18.
