This database has the information you need to start and grow any business.  You can find full-text articles and ebooks to use for reference in finding information about tax deductions, patents and trademarks, and hundreds of other useful things if you're starting a business.  In addition, it has great tools for business advice, from marketing to hiring and anything else you think you might need to learn more about regarding your business.  You can even find general industry information you might want to use for writing a business plan.
 
One of the great sections in this database is the state specific start-up information.  By searching your state you can find tons of specific information for starting a business in that state--from the general economic outlook, state specific resources for licensing and permits, as well as links to associations and schools that can further help you and your brand new business get started.
