Jack the Ripper

On August 31, 1888 the body of Mary Ann Nichols was found in Whitechapel.  Her body is considered the first canonical kill of the famed Jack the Ripper.  The murders were never solved, and to this day serve to capture public interest--in 2006, a BBC poll found Jack the Ripper to be "the worst Briton in history," and in 2015 when a Jack the Ripper museum opened its doors it was to protest and criticism.  Even 100+ years after the heinous events people are still upset, impassioned, and undeniably curious.
