The tourists are gone, the summer locals have headed south, Harrison is quiet once again. Come spend your Saturday's at the Harrison Library. Starting at 10am, there's something for all ages. Reminder that Election Day is Tuesday, November 7. The Harrison Library has sample ballots. Please note, the Harrison Library will be closed on Saturday, November 11 for Veteran's Day & Thursday, November 23 for Thanksgiving. As always, community events are posted above the Book Drop & Library events are posted just outside the front door. --Ani, Alisha, Emma, & Laura

Preschool StoryTimeTuesdays, 10am Join Ms. Laura as she reads some fun tales & sings some catchy songs, followed by a little crafting & playtime! For ages 2-5.

Cocoa, Coffee, & Coloring Saturdays, 10am
Start your Saturdays off with fun for the whole family. Come for the hot beverages, stay for coloring pages, jigsaw puzzles, & socializing with your neighbors. For all ages.

Libratory: Electricity Saturdays, November 4, 10-11am Nikola Tesla vs. Thomas Edison, who has the more electric personality? For kids (ages 3-8).

Naturebrary: Rocks Rocks rock! For kids (ages 5-10)

Teen Hangout: Hunger Games Party Tuesday, November 7, 3:30-4:30pm May the odds be ever in your favor. In celebration of the release of the Hunger Games: Ballad of songbirds & snakes movie, we will be making Tracker Jacks, trying our hand at archery, making our own Mocking jay pins, & doing a Hunger Games Escape Room!

Teen Hangout: Anime Club Tuesday, November 21, 3:30-4:30pm
Watch fun anime episodes while snacking on Pocky sticks. Origami craft optional.

Teen Hangout: Board Games Saturdays, 1-2pm Hang out playing Ticket To Ride, Settlers of Catan, or other fun games!

Young Authors Club (YAC)Saturdays, 2-3:30pm Different writing prompts or themes each week. Writing supplies & snacks provided.

Knit & nosh Wednesdays, 1-2pm All needle crafters are welcome. Master knitters are on hand to teach casting on/off. Bring your own supplies or use what we have on hand. Remember, a day without knitting in pointless.

The Inklings (aka Writing Club) Wednesdays, 2-3pm Join your fellow writers & scribblers for brainstorming, critiquing, writing prompts, & inspiration.
