Join us to Hear Sean Gaskell Playing his West African Kora Harp Thursday, November 10th - 5:00 to 6:00pm Sean Gaskell will give multiple performances and educational demonstrations on the kora, an ancient 21-stringed harp from West Africa. He will feature traditional songs that are the heart and soul of the kora’s musical repertoire.

Peter Fletcher - Classical Guitarist ️🎻 Thursday, November 17, 4:00pm Please join us for a special presentation featuring Peter Fletcher, classical guitarist. Peter has performed to sold out crowds several times at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall. His repertoire is familiar, thought provoking, and highly entertaining.

Daylight Savings Time Ends Sunday, November 6th. "Spring forward, Fall back". The first Sunday of November marks the time when Daylight Saving Time ends in the United States, and the clocks go backward one hour at 2 a.m. This means the time of shorter, darker days has arrived!

The International Day for Tolerance is an Annual Holiday Celebrated on Nov. 16 It is recognized by the United Nations and promotes tolerance among people of all backgrounds and beliefs.Tolerance and respect start with us, so take a moment on this day to reflect on times when you were intolerant and think about how you could have been better. Educate yourself by reading books, watching documentaries and interviews, and listening to podcasts about the issues of intolerance and how to be more mindful of other religions, cultures, and races. Recognizing this day encourages us to educate ourselves on other cultures and perspectives in an attempt to eradicate intolerance around the world.
