An Independent Woman This exhibit showcases original drawings and prints by artist Robbin Légère Henderson as she illustrates the memoir of her grandmother Matilda Rabinowitz, an early 20th century Russian immigrant, activist and independent woman. Rabinowitz left a fascinating memoir of immigration, child labor, political awakening and embrace of early feminist ideals.
