Saturday, March 11, 2 p.m. Sankofa Public Library Paradise Park, a place of delight and leisure for the African-American community, was the "colored only" counterpart to Silver Springs during the painful era of Jim Crow. Wilson-Graham details the history of the park with vivid photographs, vintage advertisements and interviews.
