Winter Wishes from Leah the Librarian
In with the new.....
Happy New Year to our Springfield Library community.  On behalf of our library family, I'd like to thank you for your patronage last year and look forward to serving you in 2023.  The beginning of January marks not only the beginning of a new year, but also the beginning of a new Springfield and Belmont Library team.  For two years, Danielle Nolan has been a dedicated, enthusiastic and valued member of our library family who balanced working with us, her teaching position and homeschooling her young family. In 2023, Danielle will be returning to both the public and home school environments as her time with us draws to a close.  We were blessed to have her on our team and look forward to seeing her in the branch regularly as a visitor!
As a door closes, a window opens and we welcome Vicki Lake to our team this month.  Please be sure to drop in to say "Hello" to Vicki as she is very excited to be working in the library with us and we look forward to her joining the team.  Many of you will know her as she is a Springfield resident raising her family here.  2023 promises to be a year filled with excitement, new opportunities and a return to regular programming.  May it be a healthy, peaceful and calm year for all and we look forward to seeing you in the branch soon!
