Ontario Library Week October 16-21
Author Showcase
We are planning a system-wide Ontario Public Library Week Special Event to showcase several local authors across Elgin County.  This event will take place Wednesday, October 18th at 1 p.m. at the Port Stanley Theatre.  Save the date to join us and hear several published authors speak about their books, have a chance to support local talent, and enjoy some refreshments in the reception to follow. Our very own Southwold Author, Jennifer Jaquelyn is one of the featured Authors. More details to follow in the coming weeks,  so please check in with our Shedden Library team or follow Elgin County Library's social media platforms to learn about this.

Come say hi to us at the Meet the Community BBQ at Southwold Public School on Wednesday, October 4th  from 5-7 pm. We'll have some information about Library programs taking place this Fall & Winter, and free colouring pages for the kids. See you there!
