SERVICE UPDATE: Curbside Pickup We're still here for you! Place your holds online or call us at the branch (519-874-4754) and we can order books, DVDs and magazines for you. When the items arrive - we will call you and arrange a time for pickup.

2. Click on Catalog - enter your Library Card # and PIN. 3. Enter any topic, author or book title. In the list of results, click 'Place Hold' on the book you would like, and choose the easiest branch for you to pickup your item in the pull down list. 4. We call you when your items have arrived!

Can I Still Checkout Print Magazines? 1. YES! When you are searching our catalog using the above instructions, in the search bar, enter the name of the magazine (eg., Canadian Living Magazine) or just 'magazine' to see a listing of all magazines. 2. Find any branch that carries the magazine - click 'Place Hold' and then you will have an extra prompt to ask which issue you would like.

But I Don't Know What Specific Books I Want... We can help! Give us a call at the branch and we will ask questions such as favourite authors, favourite styles of books, books you don't like - then we will pull a number of books either from our own branch for same day pickup or from across the county. When your 'surprise' bundle is ready for pickup we will let you know. Many of our library patrons love this service, they've told us they enjoyed books they never would have grabbed on their own. Give it a try!
