Teachers! You and your students are asked to vote for your favorite children's book! Simply fill out this form for your class and submit or, email Betty McDonald at bmcdonald@ppld.org with your students' favorite titles. Books may be either picture books, beginning reader books, chapter books, or children's non-fiction intended for kids up to age 12. Please no adult fiction or non-fiction. Results will be tabulated and a reading list of the favorite titles will be available in May to celebrate Children's Book Week.
 
 
PPLD's Kids at Home Art Show is virtual and ALL students are invited to submit artwork!
 The annual Homeschool Art Show will once again take place in a digital format. All students in grades K through 12 across the Pikes Peak Library District are invited to participate in this noncompetitive event, whether they are back in a school building, learning via a hybrid model, or are learning at home. All types of art--paintings, sketches, sculptures, photographs, fiber works—will be accepted for this non-competitive event. Please take a photo of the artwork and submit along with the title of the work, artist’s first name, and age. Submissions will be accepted from April 1 – 15th.
