Hello, and Happy Friday!

Don't forget, this Saturday, June 29th, is the kickoff party for our Summer Reading program! There will be snacks, ice cream, crafts, and a whole bunch of lawn games to enjoy!

As you can see, our staff has been "busy" enjoying the games. We just couldn't resist... We hope you will have as much fun as we have!

Also, please be aware that the library will be closed on Thursday, July 4th for Independence Day.

July Exhibition: Craig Clemow's A Birds Eye View

Bringing glimpses of nature into the library, Craig Clemow's A Birds Eye View will be on display throughout July.

About his work, Craig says:

When I wake up and hear their songs with the rising sun it lets me know I have made it to the beginning of a new day.

Photographing birds like with all wildlife continually teaches me patience, respect , trust, how to listen, to know how to be a guest - and to learn the virtue of reverence for all that is around us.

I am excited to share my work again at the Milne Library - I hope you will come and enjoy the images - Craig

We hope you will enjoy Craig's work, and if you are interested in applying to exhibit your own work at the library, please consider submitting an application!
