Mudflat Pottery Workshop for Teens, at East! Thursday, March 14, 2024 - 7:00 PM

Run by Mudflat Studios, this pottery workshop will include a discussion and demonstration of the project (a small clay cup), followed by time for all participants to make and decorate their own functional cup! Ages 12-17. Registration is required.

Each class will include various accessible yoga shapes, attention to breath, and meditative rest to explore the current moment within and around us. West Branch Community Room & Friday, March 29, 2024 - 2:00 PM Central Library Auditorium This 45-minute program incorporates exercise routines set to a soundtrack of 'G-rated' classic punk rock tunes. Also including a Zine/activity booklet that includes lessons on the history and ethos of punk rock music and subculture and self-esteem games aimed at fostering body positivity and self-acceptance.
