Have you or a family member been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes? Join the conversations online via Zoom led by a registered dietitian from the South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre to learn how to stay well with diabetes. The group is held on the last Monday of each month to discuss different topics of interest, answer any questions you may have and to provide an opportunity to connect with other people in the community who share similar experiences. The Seniors Information & Active Living Expo This event will happen at the Wasaga Beach RecPlex at 1724 Mosley St. from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Visit with over 60 exhibitors to find out about the many clubs, services and organizations for older adults. There is something for everyone. Admission is free.
