Registration is Required

Log your reading on Beanstack online or the Beanstack app to earn badges.

Read 10 hours by the end of the month and earn a Beardie Buck good for $1 toward the purchase of a Friends Book Sale item or Loki accessory available at the Checkout Desk. 

Welcome our new Youth Services Librarian, Lizzie Brazelton!

Please stop by and say hi! Lizzie comes to us from the New Berlin Public Library and the Elm Grove Public Library.  
Some of Lizzie’s favorite children’s books include the Frog and Toad series and Tap the Magic Tree  by Christie Matheson. Her favorite middle grade fiction series is Percy Jackson and the Olympians by Rick Riordan. She is excited to start programs that build up different literacy or learning skills in fun ways.

Book Sale

Choose from hundreds of books for your collection! Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Library. Become a Friends member at the door or online at oconomowoclibrary.org/go/friends!

Kids' Kitchen - Spooky Snacks

Wednesday, September 25 • 4-5 pm

An after-school cook-along (and sometimes sing-along)! Enjoy fun stories, songs, and kitchen science while making new recipes.

Children between the ages of 5-7 will require assistance from either an adult or older sibling. Adults do not need to register.

If you are between the ages of 8-11 and tired of being too old for storytime but too young for teen events, we want to hear from you! Join SmACK and let us know what you want to see for your age group at the Library. SmACK is an after-school meetup for active kids who want to be involved at the Library and in their community. Each meeting features activities, snacks, volunteering, thoughtful discussions, and more.
