Some of Lizzie’s favorite children’s books include the Frog and Toad series and Tap the Magic Tree by Christie Matheson. Her favorite middle grade fiction series is Percy Jackson and the Olympians by Rick Riordan. She is excited to start programs that build up different literacy or learning skills in fun ways. |

Knitting! Crochet! Embroidery! If you find fun and relaxation in the fiber arts, bring your projects to the Library once a month and low-key hangout with other crafty teens. Swap ideas, materials, and cozy conversation over snacks and warm drinks. Attendees should bring their own materials. The Library will have supplies and instructions for beginners to learn a few techniques. |
