ChairFit & Chair YogaFit Flow Mondays at 9:30AM Judith Clini Community Room Mary Ellen More is a certified Level 1 YogaFit instructor and has completed Exercise Design for Seniors training. She will alternate weeks, teaching a ChairFit class on & off the chair (cardio, weights, stretch bands, balls and balance) and a Chair YogaFit Flow class (designed in and out of the chair that alternates flex with flow: strength training with total body stretching along with deep breathing). For the ChairFit class please bring a set of free weights (bands and balls will be provided.) No equipment is necessary for the Chair YogaFit Flow class. All levels of fitness are welcome! There is no charge and no registration is necessary.

Join us for a fun time of tasty tea and Jeopardy-style and pub style trivia! Come by yourself or with a team, and prepare for the ultimate match of minds. We have two sessions scheduled for this month with different questions for each session, so join us for one or both for double the fun! Prizes will be awarded to the winning team. These programs are for patrons ages 18 and older.

Board Game Night Wednesday, February 7th at 6:30PM Judith Clini Community Room Celebrate the joys of a good old game night with board games and snacks! We'll have games on hand like Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Munchkin, and more - but feel free to bring your own! There will be multiple tables for multiple games, so bring a friend or meet some like-minded gamers at the event. Light refreshments like cookies, cupcakes, and juices will be available. This is a drop in program for adults ages 18+ and no registration is necessary.
