Join us for the first meeting of the Read with Pride Book Club! This group will discuss books by LGBTQ+ authors and/or books that feature LGBTQ+ characters. It is open to members of the LGBTQ+ community and supporters. For the first meeting, participants are invited to bring a book they would like to share with the group, and we'll decide on the reading list for the next couple of meetings. Regular meetings will be held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 2PM for teens and 7PM for adults.

ChairFit & Chair YogaFit Flow Classes
Mondays at 9:30AM - 10:30AM Judith Clini Community Room Join certified instructor Mary Ellen More for alternating weeks of ChairFit and Chair YogaFit Flow classes. The ChairFit class takes pace on and off the chair and incorporates cardio, weights, stretch bands, balls, and balance; please bring a set of free weights. The Chair YogaFit Flow class is designed to be in and out of the chair and alternates strength training with total body stretching and deep breathing; no equipment is necessary for this class. All levels of fitness are welcome! These are drop in classes and no registration is necessary.

Wednesdays at 7:00 - 8:30PM Main Floor Study Area Join Agawam Public Library's new Chess Club! Instruction, strategies, and tactics will be provided to anyone wishing to learn how to play. All players from beginners to experienced are welcome. Attendees are invited to bring along their own sets. This is a drop-in club and no registration is necessary.

Join us for lots of games and brief discussions on the basics of improv comedy. Practice public speaking, cooperation and team-building, grand philosophical ideas of wellness and wholesome optimism, and also sometimes shouting a whole bunch! This is a great chance to come out of your shell - we're just making it up as we go along! This is a drop-in event and no registration is necessary!

Game Night Wednesday, June 14th at 6:30PM Judith Clini Community Room Celebrate the joys of a good old game night with board games and snacks! We'll have games on hand like Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Munchkin, and more - but feel free to bring your own! There will be multiple tables for multiple games, so bring a friend or meet some like-minded gamers at the event. Light refreshments like cookies, cupcakes, and juices will be available. This is a drop in program for adults ages 18+ and no registration is necessary.

Library Associate Erica LeFebvre will instruct participants on how to use Beanstack to complete reading challenges for prizes.
