Join cookbook author and journalist Nandita Godbole for a discussion about the long history of culinary traditions in India and its diaspora.
 
Nandita Godbole is an internationally known Indian origin food writer, entrepreneur, speaker, and clay artist. She has also authored seven cookbooks exploring the diverse and fascinating complexities of Indian cuisine, and has readers across 30 countries. As a freelance journalist, she had written for national outlets like Washington Post, Food Network, Eater, Healthline, & others, as well as local magazines like Atlanta Magazine and Khabar Magazine. Godbole is a vocal advocate celebrating the ancient culinary traditions & innovations in Indian cuisine. She divides her time between Atlanta, GA & Los Angeles, CA.
