As we enter another fire season, join local writers and artists for a talk about making Kootenay wildfires part of their work: Nathan Wilkinson and Anne Degrace give a sneak peek of their upcoming graphic novel, and Leesa Dean and Renée Harper share poetry and take part on a fascinating community discussion about wildfire in our lives today.

Summer Reading Club Coordinators

The library is seeking two coordinators to foster a love of reading, spark creativity, and provide an activity-rich opportunity for children this summer. Read full job posting. Applications accepted until May 13th.
 
This position is dependent on grant funding and thus the applicant must be a student in school prior to summer and returning in the fall, between the ages of 16 and 30.
 
The 2024 Summer Reading Club theme is World of Curiosities.
