Food Webs with EcoReach! Monday, October 17th (That's today!), 5:00-7:00pm Athens-Clarke County Library Open to ages 8+ This web isn't so spooky! EcoReach UGA is joining us again at the library. Look at plankton under a microscope, learn how to take samples in the field, and find out how microscopic plants and animals build the foundation that makes our world thrive! Registration requested, but not required--feel free to drop in!

The Way of Harmony: Intro to Aikido Tuesday, October 18th, 4:00-5:00pm Athens-Clarke County Library Open to teens grades 6-12 Instructor John Smartt introduces us to Aikido, a non-violent Japanese martial art currently practiced in at least 140 countries. Pull up a mat and learn some new moves!

Let's Talk About That: Philosophy for Teens Wednesday, October 19th, 4:00-5:00pm Athens-Clarke County Library Open to teens grades 6-12 Teen philosophy with UGA's Philosophy Department is still every Wednesday at the library! We're taking One Spooky Week off, but join us this week and throughout November for important questions like, "What is a chair?"

Teen Dungeons & Dragons Thursday, October 20th, 5:30-7:30pm Athens-Clarke County Library Open to teens grades 6-12 We are looking for brave adventurers to join our D&D crew! Bring a character leveled up to 5, or use one of our pre-made options. This group will meet the third Thursday of each month. Beginners and veteran players are welcome. Registration is helpful, but not required. Feel free to drop in, but make sure to arrive on time!

Teen Table Tennis Tournament Friday, October 21st, 4:00-5:00pm Athens-Clarke County Library Open to teens grades 6-12 We’re hosting a teen table tennis (ping pong) tournament at ACCL! Whether you’re there for fun or for serious gameplay, it’ll be a blast! Come prove you’ve got what it takes to win it all!
