A Top-Shelf Partnership
Elmhurst Public Library is a proud partner of District 205's Bridges Transition Center, a community-based program that supports students ages 18-21 with intellectual disabilities moving to post-school activities. Transition services focus on setting and achieving goals regarding post-secondary education, vocational training, independent living, or community participation. This video, produced by District 205, focuses on this impactful community resource and the partnerships that strengthen it.
