August 2024

Wanna go clubbing?

Check out 3 ways to enjoy book clubs with your library.

1.

Library Book Clubs

Libraries offer a variety of book clubs for readers of all types. Choose from different genres like mystery, biography, historical fiction, short stories, travel, and even groups that pair food with books!
Visit each library's website to learn about their book clubs.

2.

Your Own Book Club

Hosting your own book club is a breeze with Book Club Kits from the library. These kits are designed specifically for book groups. Each kit contains multiple copies of a book, information about the author, and discussion questions.
Browse the available kits to get started.

3.

Daily Dose of Books

Looking for book inspiration? Join Alice Baker Memorial Library's Online Book Club and receive chapters from popular books Monday through Friday in your email. Subscribers will receive a portion of a book that takes only five minutes to read. Each Monday begins a new book and by Friday you will have 2 or 3 chapters to decide if it’s a book you want to finish.
Sign up for your daily book chapters.
