Scissors 

1. Drop lots of water color paint droplets onto white paper. Then take a straw and blow the paint until it spreads across the paper.

 

 

 

2. After the paint dries, cut out a heart shape.

 

 

3. Tape your water color hearts in your window for all to enjoy!

 

(Optional: put a piece of colored paper behind your hearts to make them stand out.)
