Summer Reading Program

Summer Reading Is Here!

Join MRLS in welcoming summer by signing up for our Summer Reading Program!

SRP 2024 will run from June 1st - July 31st. Main events for both branches will be held Thursday, June 20, SRP Kick-Off Day; June 27, Reptile and Amphibian Program; July 11, Virginia Museum of Natural History (Fossils); and July 18, Baby Zoo farm.

Kids, teens, and adults can join in on the reading fun by completing level challenges and receive rewards for completion.

Sign up at your closest branch and pick up a registration bag with everything needed plus some extra goodies!

Passport Assistance Services

Brunswick County Library is a designated Passport Acceptance Facility

Our Passport Acceptance Agents process passport applications by appointment only. Appointments will be taken Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. We also provide passport photos for your application for a $10 fee.

Call 434-848-2418 ext. 303 to schedule an appointment.

*Note: It is strongly advised that every person applying for a passport review the process beforehand as there are a lot of steps.
