Meet Liz! |
|
Hello! I’m Liz Schwinn and I’m jazzed to be the new youth services assistant. I grew up in the Milwaukee area and did both undergrad and graduate school at UW-Whitewater. I was a speech and language pathologist in a public preschool for a few years and then switched gears to nanny and then a child care provider at home while raising my own daughter. I live in McFarland with my husband, Andrew, our 4th grader Abbey, and our 5 year old Berner, Riker.

I always have a cookbook checked out and love trying out new recipes. When I’m not cooking or vacuuming up dog hair, you can find me quilting, slow stitching, or tackling my to-be-read list. I’m looking forward to sharing all the library joy that I’ve enjoyed over the years with our youngest patrons and their caregivers.
