Art on Ice: Lisa Goren

(Art Exhibit and Presentation)

Wednesday, December 6
6:00 - 7:00pm

Did you ever imagine yourself as an adventurer? Lisa Goren has spent the last 20+ years traveling to the coldest environments on the planet taking images and turning them into watercolors that bring the Northern and Southern Polar regions to Boston. Traveling to Antarctica, 25 years ago, she was “just” an ecotourist/artist.

Come hear Lisa talk about ice and its infinite variations, its importance to our planet, and how her art has changed throughout the years to best capture what she has seen.
