Cupcake Decorating and Pride Card Event!

In conjunction with the OCLN Library Crawl, join us for a cupcake decorating event in the meeting room from 1-3pm (drop-in anytime). Cupcake supplies are limited.


Supplies will also be available for folks to make pride cards to celebrate pride month. No registration required!

Summer Reading Kickoff

Monday, June 26

The Norwell Public Library will run its annual Summer Reading Program from Monday, June 26 to Friday, August 11th.


Join us in the meeting room to sign up for the Adult, Teen, or Children's Summer Reading Program! Once you've signed up, you can head on out to the  Kona Ice Truck for a scoop of shaved ice (while supplies last). Yard games will also be available.

The Traveling Art Show (High School/Middle School Art Exhibit)

NPL's May and June exhibit is the Traveling Art Show which will showcase winners from the 2022 Fine Arts Festival (Winners are students who attend Norwell Public High School and Middle Schools). These works will remain in the gallery until new winners are selected from the 2023 Fine Arts Festival.

Please join us for the art reception on June 13 at 3pm.

Mindful Yoga for Everyone

Mindfulness practices based on the 7 attitudes from Jon Kabot-Zin are woven throughout the class to facilitate the connection of the mind, breath, body, and spirit. All levels are welcome, with a focus on beginners and advanced beginners. 

All you need is an open mind, yoga mat, and a towel or blanket (to roll for support as needed), and water.
