Bottlenose Dolphin Anatomy

With a life-sized, anatomically correct bottlenose dolphin model, students will learn about marine mammalogy. Through hands-on activities, students will learn about the dolphin’s internal & external anatomy – focusing on adaptations for survival. For students ages 8 to 12. Registration required.
Explore books and yoga poses at this storytime! Led by Christine of Little Bee Yoga. Ages 2-6 with caregiver. Registration required, please bring your own mat or a towel.

Take and Make: Hanging Wisteria Craft

This month's take and make is a hanging Wisteria Craft. This craft is intended for Teens and Adults, children are welcome to sign up but will need assistance in assembly. Mindful Yoga for Everyone

Mindfulness practices based on the 7 attitudes from Jon Kabat-Zinn are woven throughout the class to facilitate the connection of the mind, breath, body, and spirit. All levels are welcome, with a focus on beginners and advanced beginners.
All you need is an open mind, yoga mat, and a towel or blanket (to roll for support as needed), and water.
