By 1995, the week grew into all of March.” This month celebrates the contributions women have made to the United States and recognizes the specific achievements women have made over the course of American history in a variety of fields. Weekly Wednesdays March 6, 13, 20, 27 9:30 - 10:30 AM Join us for 60-minutes of FREE yoga in the Community Meeting Room at the Main Library! Instructor Rhiannon of Humble Roots Yoga, uses physical demonstration, verbal instruction, modifications and variations to create all level classes for all fitness abilities. Humble Roots Yoga classes are friendly, non-competitive, judgement free and trauma sensitive. Hands on assists will not be provided. Bring: water bottle, yoga mat and your sense of humor. No mat? No problem. We have a limited number of extras available for use. Accessibility: beginner friendly, must be able to get up and down from the ground. Every Thursday at 1 PM join the Head Law Librarian at Brockton Law Library, Alexandra Bernson, for a virtual Zoom Q&A session. There are 15 Trial Court Law Libraries located across Massachusetts. Just like local public libraries, the law libraries are open to everyone. You can receive legal reference assistance, borrow books, and use print and electronic resources. This “Ask a Law Librarian” program is designed to provide the community with virtual access to many of these services.

Friday, March 29 10 - 11 AM Main Library Ages 8+ Explore electric circuits with Snap Circuits! Use our circuitry kits to put together circuit boards that will make lights blink, sounds turn on, propellers spin, and more! We've got everything kids will need to work on these projects, including instructions. Once you've mastered the projects in the instruction books, try your hand at making your own.

Ages 3 - 5 years Monthly Event Each month activities, experiments and instructions will be provided on a different science topic you can do with your child. This month come in and explore shapes and patterns this month by sorting shapes, matching patterns, and making pictures using shape blocks.

Grades 4 - 6 Monthly Event, 3rd Wednesdays Wednesday, March 27 7 - 8 PM Wollaston Library No Registration Required ExPLORE (Experiment, Play, Learn, Observe, Read, Examine) is a series of monthly hands-on science workshops for children in grades 4-6. Each workshop has a short portion of instruction and then exploration and experimentation. Topics range from forensic science to bubbles and parents/caregivers are welcome to participate as well alongside their children. Join us in March for Lunar Landers! Can you make a vehicle that lands without a bump? We'll test out different materials and designs to see if we could land without breaking anything!
