Kids Programs

Preschool Storytime

Children and their caregivers are invited to join us in person Wednesdays from 10-10:45 for stories, rhymes and music, followed by an activity.

Recommended for ages

2 to 5 years.

June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 in Trenton

Babytime

Babies and their caregivers are invited to join us in person Fridays from 10-10:30 for tickles, bounces, shakers and board books.

Recommended for ages

birth to 2 years.

June 3, 10, 17, 24 in Trenton

After School Activities
Drop in for a fun new activity each week. The program will be held at Frankford on Wednesdays and in Trenton on Thursdays from 4-5pm. These programs will be more in depth and challenging than the Imagination Stations, and are therefore recommended for ages 7+.

Imagination Stations

Every week we'll have a different activity out in the children's area. Drop in to our Trenton Branch weekdays from 3pm until closing and all day Saturday. These activities will also be offered in Frankford on Saturdays from 10am-3pm.

Teen Programs

Teen Book Club

Pick up a free book that's yours to keep! Read it and join us for a discussion on July 6th at 2pm. Ages 13+. Email vanessa.pritchard@quintewest.ca for more information.

Faux Terrariums

You don't need a green thumb to keep these terrariums alive! Using polymer clay, soil, stones and more you can design and create your own faux terrarium.

June 13th at 4:30pm. Ages 13-18.

Adult Programs

Rock Painting

Get creative with rocks!

Add some pizzazz to your summer garden or home decor by getting creative with rock painting! Registration required. June 20th at 5:30pm (Trenton Branch)

Zentangle

Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns called "Tangles". Join us for a fun class run by Certified Zentangle Teacher, Marita! Drop in monthly on the second Friday on the month.

Get out and get social!

Get out of the house and engage in a fun activity safely with others! Social group is in partnership with BQWCHC.

June 13th and 27th 10:30-12.

Open to everyone. Registration required.
