Good Bye to the Tiny Libraries
The Library was sad to see the Tiny Library punctuation shaped sculptures at Main, Cuyama, Guadalupe and Los Alamos removed on July 8th.  They were on loan from the County of Santa Barbara Department of Arts and Culture since January 2020. Many patrons enjoyed selecting free books from the Tiny Libraries during the pandemic. The main Library plans to continue offering free books from a cart located inside the Library lobby.  The main Library bookstore and branch libraries in Orcutt, Guadalupe and Los Alamos offer used books for sale at very reasonable prices. All purchases benefit the Library.
