Spotlight On: Black History Month Celebration Saturday, February 18 3:00 p.m., Lavagnino Plaza For all ages. No registration is required. The City of Santa Maria Public Library is pleased to welcome the local branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Santa Maria-Lompoc Branch, for a Celebration of Black History. The Celebration will feature speeches, reflections, dances, poetry, and music that celebrates the rich history of African American culture.

Bookmobile Maintenance As of January 31, the bookmobile is temporarily off the road for maintenance. Library Staff will still be visiting regular scheduled stops so City residents may return items, sign-up for library cards, pick up holds, and have a limited number of items for check out.
