A Message from the Library Director Summer greetings from the Grundy Library! The Library building is now open on Saturdays ONLY from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. We hope you will stop by to “say hello!” Since we reopened the building on June 18, we have welcomed nearly 200 visitors into the building. It has been wonderful to meet new Bristol Borough residents, provide them with library cards, and show them all the Library has to offer. It’s also been a joy to reconnect with regular library patrons who are excited to be back in the building browsing library shelves, using computers and microfilm, getting assistance from staff, and simply enjoying this community space along the river. Construction on our rooftop and other campus improvements continues in earnest on the weekdays so the building remains closed Monday through Friday. However, we continue to offer curbside services on those days. The Library has expanded its program offerings to include even more virtual and in-person events. Read on to find out what’s happening in July! Dana Barber Library Director
