Curbside Services Start Today! Patrons are now able to pick up their current holds or return materials at all SCCLD eight libraries starting today! This service is offered Monday - Saturday from 1 - 5 pm. There are three easy steps to follow: 1. Place items on hold at sccld.org or call (408) 540-3947 for assistance. 2. Once you receive confirmation that your holds are ready, make an appointment online or call us at (408) 540-3947. 3. Visit the library during your appointment time to pick up your holds. There will be signs directing you to curbside services and library returns. Staff will place the borrowed items in the trunk of a patron's car for curbside service. For patrons walking or using public transportation, there's a walkup service outside of the library where patrons can pick up their items. Social distancing is required, so please maintain a 6-foot distance from each other, and wear a face covering if waiting in line for walkup service. Special bins will be placed at each library for item returns Monday-Saturday from 1 - 5 pm. Please do not use the traditional book return drop box and do not return items on the walkup service table.
