Expanded Wi-Fi Now Available
The COVID-19 pandemic has not affected everyone equally. This has further called attention to the digital divide in Silicon Valley, as more people are reliant on the internet for entertainment, to apply for stimulus checks, access online resources, or to support distance learning. To help our patrons and residents get connected, the Library has added free Wi-Fi in the parking lots of the Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Altos, Milpitas, Morgan Hill, and Saratoga Libraries. The Wi-Fi will be available 24/7 to access from cars and/or outdoors and does not require a library card to gain internet access. In addition, we have installed Wi-Fi on our Bookmobiles to provide internet access to patrons when the Bookmobile is out in the community.
