Winter Weather Safety Winter has officially begun, and with that can include rain, wind and cold weather. Make sure to have an emergency supply kit. It should include items such as non-perishable foods, drinking water, extra batteries, flashlights, a paper contact list sealed in a waterproof bag, change of clothes, personal items, and important documents. Download the emergency supply checklist by visiting https://bit.ly/SCCSupplyKit.
