School-Age Storytime Join us Tuesdays at 4 pm on Facebook Live for new storytimes! School-Age Storytimes are stories for children age 5 and up. They will be followed by a related craft or activity. Don’t forget to join us for our Family Storytimes on Facebook: Monday-Friday at 11 am and 5 pm, and Saturdays at 11 am.

Book Covers Challenge Students in grades 3+ are invited to participate in this fun challenge. Try to identify our Top 25 memorable book covers. The program is on Friday, May 1 and again on Saturday, May 2, at 3 pm. Please register for the event, which will be conducted via Zoom.

Launch a New Career We offer a number of resources for those looking for a new job or to improve skills. Brainfuse JobNow offers one-on-one assistance for finding a job, writing a resume and interview coaching. Live tutors are available seven days a week from 1–10 pm. Lynda.com offers online courses in business, software, technology and creative skills.

Join the Library with an Instant Free eCard If you live in Santa Clara County and do not have a library card with the Santa Clara County Library District (SCCLD), or would like additional household members to have their own library accounts, the instant free eCard is for you. On a temporary basis during the COVID-19 crisis, eCards are available to all residents who live within Santa Clara County with a valid residential mailing address (P.O. Box not accepted).
