Can I Donate Books Yet?!
YES! Finally! Hooray! Book donations can start again. Donations will be accepted by Book Nook volunteers between 3pm-5pm on Wednesdays and 10am-12pm on Fridays. If you aren't able to come to those times, send us a message and we'll try to work out an alternate arrangement.

The 2021 Summer Reading Challenge is Almost Here! This year’s theme, Reading Colors Your World, offers an opportunity to be bold, get creative and color outside the lines a little. Kids AND adults are invited to participate! Pre-registration on the Beanstack App (or at york.beanstack.org) opens on Monday, June 14. Readers have from Saturday, June 26 until Saturday, August 7, 2021 to log their reading, earn 100 points, and complete the Challenge. The ultimate goal is to read as many days as possible and keep those literacy skills sharp throughout the summer. Registration is rolling, so you may join in the fun at any point in the program!
