Mobile Wi-Fi hotspots are now available to check out from BPL!
Wi-Fi hotspots are portable devices that allow for internet access to laptops, tablets, phones, and other devices without using your personal data plan. They can connect your device to the internet wherever there is cellular service.
Hotspots can be checked out for 14 days. Due to their popularity, placing a hold is recommended. To place a hold, go to the library catalog.

What do you need to do to be entered for the prize drawing? You need to sign up at the link above and complete the summer reading program by reading six books. If you already read some books in June and July and haven’t entered them yet, you can still do that. If you have turned in your paper log, you will be entered into the drawing as well.
This prize is for ages 18 and up. Check out Read Squared programs & prizes for youth.

We also have free classes in Lindley Park: Tuesdays at 12:!5 PM is Yoga For All with Terra Grace Wellness, and on Wednesdays at 12:15 is HIIT into Stride, a high intensity interval training class with Tasha Oord. Class size is limited, and registration is required on our calendar- pick the class(es) you want to attend, and register on the individual dates!

Crafternoon To Go
Imagine your creativity with BPL this summer! Starting August 15 we'll have all the supplies you need to create a masterpiece with watercolor pencils at home.
The Teen Video Challenge, sponsored by the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP), is an annual national video contest open to all teens. The challenge is for teens to create a public service announcement-type video that shows their unique interpretation of the 2020 CSLP slogan “Imagine Your Story.”
Videos are to be no longer than 60 seconds and should promote libraries and reading.Learn more here.
Bozeman Vs. Belgrade Teen Reading Challenge
Join the reading cause! Our 3nd annual reading contest between Bozeman and Belgrade teen readers runs from June 1 to July 31st and track your reading with Read Squared Which town can read the most pages? Don't let Belgrade beat us again!
Summer Reading Raffle
Summer Reading = Raffle Entry! Using our online reading tracker READSquared, teens have until Aug. 23 to log their pages read to reach Level 10, which gets you an entry into the End of Summer Raffle Drawing!
The Food Bank is offering free summer lunch for all kids ages 0-18 and while families are coming for lunch, our Children's staff is outside explaining the summer reading program, which is both online and paper this year. Check out READsquared to see how many books or pages to read, and see what kind of prizes we have! Kids have to come to the Children's Desk to pick up their prize, or visit the table outside at lunch.
What else are we doing outside?
The Children's staff brings out a few books about the theme of the week to read to any kids that are interested, and we also hand out "Take & Make" bags with crafts and activities for preschool and elementary kids.
We also have a few scavenger hunts available for kids who want to do some fun stuff around the Library.
