With September coming to a close, we wanted to extend a big thank you to all who participated in our September golf tournament. Thanks to your contributions and support, we raised another $10,000 for the Library. In addition to our regularly scheduled children's programming throughout October, the Children's Section will also be hosting a Halloween Party on October 31st at 10:30 with games, challenges, and trick or treating. Speaking of Halloween, the Library is excited to welcome author and paranormal investigator Jeff Belanger on Thursday October 24th at Old Town Hall. Jeff's presentation titled New England Legends focuses on ghosts, monsters, aliens, weird history, and roadside oddities of the region. This program is free to attend, and no registration is required. The Library will also be offering free community yoga again on Thursdays from October 10th through November 14th at Old Town Hall, so be sure to call the Library at (508) 669-6421 to register for the sessions if you are interested.
