 Little Free Library
 
The Franklin Square Public Library sponsored a Little Free Library which is now installed at its home in front of the Franklin Square Museum, located at 861 Naple Avenue.
 
Thank you to Young Adult Librarian Erin Bach for coordinating the whole project, decorating the library, and selecting the books!

We are accepting donations for Island Harvest until September 30. Please leave items in the bin next to the front door. For a list of acceptable items, please click here.

Ages 2-3
 
This is one juicy, sweet, and delicious craft program for little ones. Pick up your bushel of fun at the Library to enjoy at home.

Mystery Clay
Animal Craft
Monday, September 14
Grades K-2
What will your MYSTERY animal be? You will pick up a sealed bag containing the instructions and all the materials needed to make your clay animal. When your animal is completed, bring it back to the Library so it may go on display for all to see! Let's make the library into a real ZOO!

National Guacamole Day!

Celebrate this special day by making an adorable avocado fleece pillow. Everything you need will be in a kit to be picked up.

National Batman Day!
Monday, September 21
Grades 3-6
Don't you think the Batmobile needs a makeover? If you were Batman or Batwoman, what would you drive? You will get a wooden race car to assemble and design. Describe all the incredible features of your car that make it unique. All entries will be on display and the top 3 will win gift cards.
