Lifelong Learning 101:
Planning for Medicare - Countdown to 65
NIA Moving to Heal
Workshop Series (18+)
Tues., September 19th 6:30PM

Mansfield Public Library introduces a new life skills workshop series called Lifelong Learning 101!
A different topic would be presented each month by a professional from that particular field. While some topics may be geared towards certain age groups, these workshops will be open to all who have an interest in the topic or simply want to expand their pursuit of lifelong learning.

Planning for Medicare-Countdown to 65 is a comprehensive seminar that helps people approaching Medicare eligibility understand their health insurance options outside of their employer-sponsored coverage, whether they are planning to retire or not. Many employees need help understanding the coverage options available to them when they approach Medicare eligibility. This is especially true for those that plan to retire and are leaving their employer-sponsored coverage. For these employees, retirement may be the first time they don’t have a Human Resources representative helping to explain their health plan. The Planning for Medicare—Countdown to 65 seminar helps your employees make an informed decision about their individual health coverage options.

Presented by Bill Rowbottom, Senior Plan Consultant, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Massachusetts

An examination and celebration of family history how the secrets of our past can surprise, delight, educate, and inspire the writing of a novel.

Mansfield public Library welcomes author Janis Robinson Daly for an author talk and book signing!
"Intrigued by the discovery that an ancestor was a founder of the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania, Janis Robinson Daly found her next career direction: unearthing the stories of women whose lives have remained in the shadows. With a love of history, she balances a need for authenticity and details with a fictional flair to create deeper emotional connections to characters than what biographies provide. A graduate of Wheaton College, MA, with a B.A. in Psychology, Daly explores female-centric issues and the power of supportive relationships developed among women. Daly, her husband, and rescue pup reside on Cape Cod, MA."-Amazon

This program is free and open to all.
Registration recommended for courtesy email reminder on the day of the program.
