July Artist

McGrath's photographs were taken in the local communities surrounding Bridgewater. They are about nature, animals and the interaction between nature and humans.

McGrath's interest in nonverbal communication began when she was a child. Her father taught her some Morse Code and her grandmother exposed her to American Sign Language. Years later, while working with senior citizens, McGrath began learning Braille with the hope of teaching senior citizens who had low vision to read. She combined her love of photography and interest with nonverbal communication by writing the captions in the exhibit in level 1 Braille.

When you place a book on hold it gets shipped to the Bridgewater Public Library free of charge. You will then be notified when it is available for pickup! You can also look for these titles as e-books & audiobooks using the Libby and Hoopla Apps.
