Creating with Jack

Registration opens May 23 at 9AM for a 3-class session. Classes held June 6, 13, & 27 at 4PM

Everyone ages 10+ (kids and adults included!) is invited to join local artist, teacher and MassArt graduate Jack Phaneuf for a one hour weekly drawing session. Complimenting the more informal "Sketching with Shane" sessions held on Mondays, Jack will explore new topics weekly and guide students with their artwork.


Students are required to bring a sketchbook, a #2 pencil and a black ballpoint pen.

We want to thank the Bridgewater Fire Department for visiting the Library this week! The kids had a lot of fun listening to a story read by a local fireman and then exploring the inside of an ambulance. Who knows, maybe those kids will grow up to become first responders!

A Physical Memory is a collection of 365 Polaroid photographs taken in 2018, one photograph each day as a way to remain consistent in my practice and create a visual diary. What began as a simple act of photographing my every day life would go onto follow one of the most important years of my life from military moves, leaving friends and family, welcoming my daughter into the world, and new motherhood.
