Join Alexandra De Collibus of Sweet Pea Yoga for this Virtual Baby Yoga Class focused on gentle movement and developmentally-safe yoga poses for babies!
The parent assists the baby into easy folds and simple stretches timed with sweet songs and rhymes. The parent does very little physical yoga themselves as these poses are solely focused on supporting the baby's growing body. Modifications and instruction are provided for a baby's particular developmental stage during the class to ensure that every sweet pea is practicing the poses designed just for that age and stage. Parents are encouraged to take breaks as needed during the class to nurse, feed, or change a diaper.
For babies ages 3 weeks to pre-crawling with their parent/caregiver (approximate age range is 0-9 months). |
Registration is required and space is limited. To register, click the button below. |
