March 4, 2021

March is here and that means it’s time to reflect on some of the individuals and stories that paved the way for future generations of women.
All the books on this list were written by women about women. Both fiction and nonfiction, these women changed the world for the better. We hope that by reading about these women’s journeys, you’ll be inspired and see yourself in their perseverance and strength.

Winter Wildlife Bit Moji Class Week 1 has begun!

Each week learn about 3 local animals and how they survive in the winter in New England. This self-paced 4 week virtual classroom has links to videos, graphics and web pages to learn about wildlife. You just click on them and are directed to a resource. There are also activities in between. This program is sponsored by Plymouth County Extension.

To register for this program, email youthservices@sailsinc.org with the number of children participating and the ages. You will receive a link to the email you provide with that week's class. Please register for each week separately, as the links will change each week.
